Palm Tree House

Palm Tree House is located a few minutes’ walk into Newport High Street. It consists of 5 bedrooms and a staff sleeping office, that are available throughout the day and night. All the homes are furnished with neutral tones throughout with the homely feel for all our individuals. Palm Tree House also benefits from a self-contained one bedroom annexe, ideal for residents preparing to transition into independent living but still able to benefit from the support staff offer.

All our homes offer a full entertainment package for our young people including WiFi, Netlix, Smart TV’s and game consoles and access to computers for studying.

Key Info: Providing 5 bedrooms for ages 16 – 25 requiring varying levels of support. Staff will sleep in. Plus a one bedroom annexe for ages 16-25, offering any support level required from fully independent living to full support with staff living onsite in the adjoining property.

Pear Tree House

Pear Tree House is a beautifully restored 4 bedroom detached Victorian Lodge 5 minutes’ walk from Newport town centre, one of these are sleeping staff office to provide 24/7 support.

Benefits include large enclosed grounds with off road parking, beautifully landscaped mature gardens, shared farmhouse style kitchen, utility,  lounge and 2 bathrooms. The grounds are mainly laid to lawn with an abundance of fruit trees and future scope for vegetable patches and herb gardens to encourage residents to grow and use their own fresh produce in meal preparation.

Pear Tree House is suitable for young adults requiring higher levels of support and present complex needs.

Key info: Providing 3 bedrooms. Staff will be 24/7 and sleep in.  

Magnolia House

Magnolia House is located in the seaside town of Sandown, on the Island’s east coast and offers 6 bedrooms, including one for overnight staff.

Most rooms are ensuite and some benefit from kitchenette facilities plus a shared large kitchen, laundry room and communal living area. Magnolia House has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to offer a bright and airy living space and relaxing grounds.

All our homes offer a full entertainment package for our young people including WiFi, Netlix, Smart TV’s and game consoles and access to computers for studying.

Key info: Providing 5 bedrooms, for ages 16 – 25 requiring varying levels of support (between 10 and 40 hours of 1:1 support). Staff will sleep in.

Mulberry House

Mulberry House is also located in Sandown, in close proximity to the beach and Sandown High Street. Mulberry House is a beautiful 4-bedroom home, that is fully furnished with neutral tones and furnishing. The home also has a 5^th bedroom for the sleeping staff office, that are available throughout the day and night.

Key info: Providing 4 bedrooms for 16–25-year-olds that require high levels of support for their individual needs.

Saltbox Cottages

Saltbox Cottages are 4 independent units located just outside the picturesque harbour town of Yarmouth on the Island’s North West coast.

 Offering three one bedroom cottages and one three bedroom, each cottage has open plan kitchen, dining and living areas, bathroom and bedrooms, tastefully decorated in relaxing coastal tones. With onsite parking and communal landscaped grounds this self contained spacious accommodation is ideal for developing independent living skills.
